 Chairperson Prof. Prem K. Khatry, Ph. D. Prof. Khatry was a Fulbright exchange scholar and completed his PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, USA. He is a Professor in the Department of Nepali Culture, Tribhuwan University. He has served as the Chairman, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Executive Director of the Centre for Nepal and Asia Studies (CNAS) at Tribhuwan University. He has published several books and articles on the issues of education, culture, minorities, Inclusion and governance.
 Vice Chairperson Mr. Sanad Devkota, LLM Mr. Devkota worked as the Regional Coordinator of the Society for Peace and Human Rights. He is involved in teaching and advocating in the Supreme Court of Nepal. His interests include law and governance.
 General Secretary Mr. Bharat Adhikari, M.A. With a graduate degree in Development Communication, Mr. Adhikari has worked as a senior expert in various national levels, non-governmental organizations. He is currently working as the Media and Development Director in Nepal Water for Health NGO. His interests include social sector development and reform.
 Secretary Mr. Prakash C Bhattarai, M.A. Mr. Bhattarai has Masters degree in Sociology. Previously he worked as the Chairperson/CEO of FACT (Forum Against Corruption and Turmoil) and has been working in the fields of anticorruption and good governance for seven years. He has a keen interest in anticorruption, ethical issues, educational, social responsibility, and societal reform. He is currently involved in teaching and research.
 Treasurer Ms. Saraswati Khanal, M.A. Ms. Khanal has an MA in Woman's Studies. She has worked as a senior consultant in various INGOs such as IUCN, International Red Cross, Water Aid, UNICEF, and NEWA. Her interests include Gender issues, health and governance
 Member Ms. Sarala Khadgi, B.L. With a degree in Law, Ms. Khadgi is working as the Senior Reporter and News Editor of the National News Agency, a government agency. Her Interests include media and social activism.
 Member Ms. Ranju Thakur, B.L. Ms. Thakur is working as an advocate in various courts of Nepal for indigenous, ethnic, marginalized, and deprived woman. Her interests include social inclusion, gender, and social justice.
 Member Mr. Komal Pokhrel, MBA Trained in several programs, including Conflict Transformation and Peace Building in the US, Peace and Development from Spain, and Working in Conflict in UK, Mr. Pokhrel is currently working as the Director of the National Peace Campaign. His interests include peace and governance.
 Member Ms. Savitri Gurung, MPH Ms. Gurung has a master’s degree in Public Health and is currently working in the health sector in support of GTZ program. Her interests include advocacy and lobbing for governance reform.
